I have the OCZ PC3200EL Platinum Rev.2 with the TCCD Chips and the Twinmos with BH-5 Chips.Even if i can go 1:1 with the OCZ to 290 MHz at3-4-4-8 and 3 Volts,it has less performance than the BH-5 at 3,7 Volts,DDR333 Frequency, about 240 MHz i think, and 2-2-2-5.In Aquamark CPU Score, the BH-5 comes to 13400 Points and the OCZ comes to 13150 points,at the same processor clock of course.I bought the OCZ for to increase the performance, now i have poorer performance.Do you think i can increase the Voltage beyond 3Volts and tighten the timings to perform better with the OCZ or better to sell them and get one Pair of BH-6 Sticks. How much Volts i can give on the OCZ?

2.85v more than that and you'll run into a less overclock. Try and run it with less volts and if it still doesn't work well...then Winbond is back so I would wait for their new RAM chips.

Hard to believe that still the old BH-5 are the fastest RAMS.What you think,Gskill is same than OCZ EL or have more performance?

OCZ DDR400 EL PE rev. 2 isn't bad RAM, but the Gskill...DDR600...LA? Is that it? I think might be better, talk to OnePageBook on this one

I disagree... from what I have seen here the 440 revision of TCCD like more than the earlier versions...

Mine seem content at 3.08volt (OCZ 4200EL platinum)

Depends on the TCCD. I was trying to say try it with less volts since, and heres where i should have changed it, some TCCD doesn't like more than 2.85v

lol, yeah. I knew that it was more common for the 4200 varient to use the volting loving TCCD. I forgot that common and always are different. Thanks for point out my brain fart :D :toast:
