Im looking for a really good cooler for my 3 hard drives, and a high cmf slot fan. Any suggestions?

The best slot fan I can come up with is the AOC FC-2000-B, which does 42cmf. I know these types of fans (forget the general name for this type of fan design) generally don't do as well because of their design, but I'd still like to get a few of these that can really pump a lot of air, if I can find some.

As for the HD cooler, Im not really sure what design is the best. What are some different types that you guys can show me? I seem to be having trouble finding anything other than the little twin fan type that has the mini heat sinks and mounts ontop of the HD in a normal 3.5 drive bay, and the 5.25 coolers with nothing special about them and don't function as anything else. If I went with a 5.25, Id rather it did something other than just cool a hard drive and take up valuable space, like maybe control case fans or something.

i wouldnt suggest getting a dedicated HDD cooler, you should just put a fan blowing over them and they would be fine, i have a fan blowing over my 2 80gb maxtors right now and there fine....

Are you talking about a spacific product? Can you link me? :) I don't think I understand what product you're talking about.

Maybe the Zalman ZM-2HC2.

Or the Silentmaxx HDD Silencer

Both of the above are passive, and they also silence your HDD. They fit into 5.25" slots.

I found an excellent kit for my HD's. Now all I need to find is a few high cfm PCI slot fans. Im trying to increase the rate at which air is blown in and out of my case.

Yea i was kinda wonder if PCI slot fans are even worth it, the air from my X800 Pro with stock cooling gets circualted back into the case so i was thinking about getting a pci slot fan, anyone know some good ones?

Don't waste your money on that. Take some zip ties and attach a fan to a old PCI slot cover by cutting four slots in it. Then attach a second fan to the first one.

Unless of course you don't have fans just laying around.
