I'm building an arcade cabinet for use with MAME (I just finished getting the complete .90 set, but using a keyboard or gamepad just isn't as much fun as using the arcade controls) and I want a very large trackball to mount into it, I don't care about the shape or position of the buttons or whatnot. I bought alot of those arcade sytle buttons and have remapped them to the keyboard. I have a little joystick on it too, all I am missing is a very large trackball. (Large trackballs are easier to use)
Has anyone else built a similar setup and knows of a good trackball to mutilate for the ball portion? How about just the largest and easest to use trackball that can be manipulated with your palm? (In the arcades I always rolled the ball with my palm, never my thumb like computer trackballs are designed for)
