Charlie, use Win2K with Ricky tweak like gocchin said, w/ DX8.1 and 4.12 or 8.07's, those seem best. :)

It's Winxp with Ricky tweak (it works well on xp)....
and it's a silencer4 at 593/605
I think this bodes well for sub-zero benching....3D stable at 2930 on quiet AIR.

ooooppps.... for got that the last time I was benching, I turned the Vmod down to 1.49v.... hehehe, turned it back to 1.6v.... now up to 613/617 and 35,155

I know it's been said many times before, but the Ricky Tweak freekin' roasts your CPU. At 1.7v I get an idle temp of 47c.... the lovely smell of roasting silicon :D

Charlie, do you have a link so I can compare it to my score, the Compare URL you posted is not working anymore either. I think the score is pretty good for those CPU clocks, mine's 36.2 but that's at 3025Mhz. (Lower card clocks though)

Here's our "compare".
It's very interesting and you've got some SERIOUSLY good things going on, CPU-wise with that new NF4 board. And 3025mHz benchable on AIR, that's AWESOME! Is that normal 24C ambient? Do you think Win2K and 8.1 gave you a big boost? I'm sure together they're worth a few hundred pts.

Charlie, this was on WinXP, no tweaks at all (No Ricky tweak either). http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8362504 So going from WinXP to Win2k with the MPS Uniprocessor tweak gave me about 700 points. The card clocks were the same too.

My Dragothic scores have been low all the time though, I asked some others to do a stock run and my Drag Low FPS were 40 lower, and about 10 in Drag High. I think it has to do with this Gigabyte board. My DFI nForce 4 should arrive this week though, so I can see if that was it..

As for the cold air, the ambient was about 16-18C and the CPU sensor showed close to 30C in the bios at 3Ghz. (Though that can't be trusted :rolleyes: )

Yeah, that's excellent. Your system numbers are just HUGE. With a NV Silencer and a Vmod I'm sure you'd be 37.5ish.....

WOW! Talk about 2 really CLOSE runs...
I was at about 617/613... so I had a bit more GPU and a bit less memory speed....plus you have a few CPU mHz too....
For some reason it's rare that I see REAL strong Lobby numbers.... you've got me by quite a bit there....especially considering you're only 27mHz faster than mine.
And yeah, that was a "golden" Car Low....

The flipside is that you've got me on HTT, if I'd held off buying my Gskill for ONE more day, I'd have had the pick of LE or LA :rolleyes:, it was good of the vendor to tell me he was getting them in, wasn't it? I can't complain though as my kit of LC seems to be climbing nicely. As it is though, I use A64 Tweaker to optimise my ram and it really helps on the lobby scores (helped me a lot on the low run :))

Maybe try a new fresh O/S config?
This little chips is a freak... I managed to bench 3D at 2960 tonight and made it thru Car Low (525.3) Lobby High (200.3) and Car High (160.1) and crashed in LL. It's still on the quiet fan, though... will try the tornado and an open door tommorrow :D

What order are you running the tests in, are you running Drago Low first? If not try that.

I tried everything, running it first, only gave me 5FPS (Wish it would give 40FPS running it first :D ) clean install, drivers etc. Got every setting in the bios ok, PCI-Express to Turbo. At first I thought it was a nForce 4 related problem, but unrealneo doesn't have the problem with his K8NF-9. Now I'm waiting for a OCZ Powerstream and DFI. Only got a Q-Tec here, and I'm not gonna use that one. So this weekend I can test some things again. If I didn't have this bug I would be close to 37K on air.

Also got some OCZ VX here, if that runs on a nice speed, say 250-255x12 on tight timings I would be well over 37K on air.. :)
