thats basically a redundant PSU right?
so how come this looks like 1 PSU?

1 rail is used for the motherboard and one for everything else. I prefer 1 rail so that power isn't wasted on the motherboard rail.

yea, 2 Rails isnt the answer esp when there really weak.
i got my zippy wishing it would at least last me the 3 years its warranty is for. so 45amps on the 12v should power to run 2cpus and 2 gpus :P
Meh, I'm more of a fan of the single 12v Rail. Loving the zippy... but damn that sucker is gonna hurt my wallet on this next build.

i think tomshardware posted an article not quite sure.
well the enermax has 2 seperate 12V rails, I use the other one for the graphic card. enough for a 6600gt or 6800u, although the clocks I'm running arent anywhere near "xtreme".

There is a 680w model that has 4 12v rails I believe, but they are all pretty low amperage.
I dont like the split rails.

those ones dont look too bad for a normal rig, but enermax isnt the top of my list for power supplies..
