Wich CPU for P5AD2-Premium?

I am building a new system with de folowing specs.
I have al the things right now in the case exept the CPU.

Intel Pentium 4 ...???
ASUS P5AD2-Premium
Corsair Twinx 2X512MB DDR2 PC5400 PRO
Sapphire Radeon X850XT Platinum Edition PCI-Express
2X Maxtor DiamondMax 10 250GB 16MB Cache Raid-0
Chieftec Dragon Case Bigtower Silver/Window.
OCZ Powerstream 520 Watt

Watercooling:
Eheim 1250 pump
Danger Den RBX 775
Maze 4 on chipset.
Watercool HTF3-Triple X

But in my system wich CPU is the one i have to go for?
I heared the 560 is a verry good overclocker.
But i heared that about the 540J as wel.
So who can give me some good advice?

Go for a 560J if you can find one and use the CPU Lock Free feature to drop the multiplier to 14x.
