I have bios v 1.6. & he can't support disabling this fu***ng technology.
This technology of economy energy consumption!
It puts a multiplier x14 and lowers a pressure!
I.e. the dispersed computer loads windows, but at an output a sleeping mode leaves in reboot = (
what i can to do

C1E is the code for the new Enhanced Halt State in the E0 stepping. When the system is IDLE, the PROCHOT command lowers the clock speed to 2.8 GHz and drops the voltage to 1.2V. It's purpose is to reduce power consumption at IDLE.
Why do you want to disable it? It does not cause any performance loss, the instant your CPU load increases, the frequency and voltage will also increase. The technology lowers frequency and voltage at idle only. It signifigantly reduces temps.
Enhanced Halt State is a function of the CPU, not the motherboard. Because of this, there is no way to disable it.

Then i start wake up system from sleep mode.
cpu use is 0% & MoBo take CPU 1.2V & Frequency CPU before sleeping was ~5GHz under Direct-Die.
Then system change multiplier & voltage system is crash down =(
But this bug treat starting burn program...
How i can disable that C1E???
