I had a 2.4 M0 stepping that ran 304Mhz fsb "under water"...
After that I bought a 2.8 D1 wich refused to pass 263Mhz (same board, same cooling)...
So I changed it to a 2.8 D0 prescott (SL7KA) wich gave me better performance at the same clockspeed and was able to run 270Mhz fsb prime-stable... Temperatures were about 5°C higher than with the northwood, but I don't care about the actual temperature if the OC is rockstable. (I suppose the D1 northwood was not a good stepping, or I simply had a bad one)
If you can buy that M0 at a very nice price, I would highly recommend it...
Try to get the SL-spec-number and google away, maybe you'll find what people were able to do with those beasts...
I have a 3.0 M0 but now it's in my barebone, in the P4C800 and vapochill Ls could hit 4.5 ghz.
