:D Try other RAM - I also had a quarrel with my A-DATA DDR-600, though they are TCCD which means normally low voltage they did not even boot 200MHz below 3,1 Vdimm and to get 280 I had to give 3,6 which burned them unfortunately.
Get my G.SKILL LA next week - will work much better.
