Abit AV8 3rd-eye Audio Jumpers

Hi there. Can someone confirm or deny? I am setting up a system on the above mobo, the manual seems to suggest either the rear audio panel on the mobo, OR an extension for front panel audio can be used, but not together at the same time. Anyone?

i wondered about that also. maybe you should just check it yourself with the front panel on and see if it works off the back panel.

Well, the thing is, I am waiting on ram and video card. I have installed the mobo into the case, dvd burner, hdd etc...but i have no way of knowing for another week until the rest of the parts arrive. So......thought someone might know in the meantime.
