Mobo adapter

Simple Question do the new nforce4 mobos give you a 20 pin to 24 pin adapter.

I was lookin at newegg and it cost $4 for an adapter but they rape you on the shipping charge $4.99.

You do not get an adapter, some mobos don't even work with an adapter!!!
