Alright, i saw on NewEgg that OCZ has released a modular cable PSU like the Antec NeoPower. Its called the ModStream 520w. I'm kind of a newb when it comes to Power Supplies and tolerances for different rails and whatnot. Can anyone shed some light as to what the actual functional difference is? Here are the specs from NewEgg, and links will be at the bottom.

The powerstream all the way. Higher amps on the rails and adjustable pots which the mod doesnt.
