i dunno about the "best" but ime using a danger den RBX with my chilled liquid cooling.. works a treat :)

exactly. If i remember correctly open-chamber blocks perform better with a chiller than nozzle-based blocks. Just my 2c

Try to get a block that is a simple design. Extravagant designs like the whitewater work, but you have to think about insulation. How are you going to fit 3 insulated pipes around those barbs? You're not.

Any block will work fine. Just remember, simplicity for waterchilling.

i took out my RBX nozzle. the water seems better water flowing freely in the block.

I got me a really cheap 2nd hand blok, clean it, some bigger connectors on it and we are done ^_^ cost me 10 euro's
Good old open swifty.
