Tiewraps and a PCI slot cover. Just cut 4 slots in it and put a tie wrap through the 2 top slots in it and then through the top fan hole and do the same thing for the bottom hole. Then you can attach another fan to that fan through its holes and so on. If you are really interested and can't understand my vauge description I'll write a more detailed guide.
