Mount something from the Thermalright 9X series. You can't get better than that for VC air cooling.

If you are comfortable with a dremel i would say get one of those cooljag 1u server copper heatsinks and slap one on. You will have to remove some fins in order to insert screws.

I heard VGA silencer doesnt make ultra GPU cooler but only performs quieter is that ture?
