Hello,

my 6800LE runs with 16 pipelines and 6 shader. I have flashed a bios with 1.4v vpu voltage and the card runs with 420/800mhz.

with 1.1v 350mhz
with 1.2v 390mhz
with 1.4v 420mhz

when i flash the bios with 1,5v than i can bench with 420, by 423 the card stocks, exactly with 1.4v not only 1 mhz more.

my question is , has my card a oc break? 1.1v to 1.2v is 40mhz more and from 1.2v to 1.4v is 30mhz more, and with 1.5v I get no more mhz. :stick:

please help me :(

I thought 1.1v was the card's idle voltage? And stock 3D voltage was 1.3v. But yes, you may very well not see big gains from using 1.5v as opposed to 1.4v because of the additional heat output. That's if I'm reading your question correctly...

my card is cooled by water and the maximum temp on load is ~50°c.other geforce 6800le cards are runing with 450mhz to 470mhz. is my card so bad? :(
