Anyone use these LCD's, the Matrix Orbital MX232's...?

I used to have a 1-line LCD, sold it after a couple of months... in the end I realized I never looked at it anyway and the extra panel and wires was just a big PITA without any use except showing off at LAN parties.
never had any trouble with it though, just worked out of the box

Okay... Yea, I would probably never look at it... Maybe to look at CPU Temps and stuff... and Email...

But mainly just for looks, ya know?

You can download screens for them and stuff, should look cool...

I think I might go for the 20X4... I am gonna either get the MX2 with the white backlight and blue letters... or a Crystalfontz... donno though, whichever is cheaper, and whichever comes with better bundled software... :-D

i payed the $80 it qoutes there on the bottem, winamp is nice becuase its not as big and clucnky like WMP, but it doesnt support video so its soley for music...

I looked on a website that does plugins for LCDC, I think thats what the proggys called... that MX packages with there LCD's... and you can have icons and screensaveers, and everything... LCDs are like fancy headunits in cars, ya know?

you can buy it there at the bottem of the Matrix orbital site on that screen, yea lcdc is the proggy for plugins, i dont have any icons or anything on it, maybe i should go get some screen savers...

I might buy a Graphic LCD... So I can put more technical stuff on it, muahaha...

Did you buy just the LCD? If so, howd you mount it in a Bay?
And does yours have the keypad on the front? If so, whats it do?
And does... nevermind... I feel I would be annoying you as I am already annoying myself... lol...

Damn, now I have to decide on a LCD, as I have to decide on a PSU...
