no one?
i realy don't know if this litle evaporator from a frigde with a deep freezing part is ok to water chill a 9800xt and a 3000+ newcastle with good temps :help: :help:
i think temps will be around 0° but i want -30°
I dont have any info on the compressor but could you post some pics? The first thing you should do btw is take out the thermostat/disable it and put a thermometer on the evap to see the coldest you can go without releasing some gas. (this is just a little test, it probobly will not be that close to your final temp)

hello there and first thanks for your reply
i will post the pictures as soon as I can, ( bro has got the camera )
removing the thermostat? is just putting it on 0 not enough?
thanks !
0 wont work, just connect the 2 wires that go to the thermostat.
if there are 3 thats because one is from the light in the fridge, locate the wire and remove it. then shortcut the 2 that are still left ;)

The pipe sticking out of the side of your compressor is most likely a charging access point. When the lines were filled the refrigerant was pumped in here and then the pipe was crimped. The spiral tubing is the cap tube which restricts the flow of refrigerant causing the refrigerant to expand and absorb heat in the evaporator. Yeah, the electrical control you pointed out does look like the thermostat. Good luck.

evap is NOT comprr
evap is like you wcblock in a watercooling

That is a very nice compressor you got there :)
Probably a 1HP or bigger.
That should definately do it.

That might cost 60$ + to run per month, you should try and find somthing around 1/4 or 1/3hp. Look for a large fridge/top freezer, or a window air conditioner.
