probably will , but thought i'd mention i've got a few xp120's and just grabbed a 7700 zalman. its huge, but its FAR FAR easier to fit than the xp120, but also the design of the zalman means there is more clearance and it shouldn't/won't interfere with fitting memory in closest slots to cpu socket. Which is important as some boards(epox especially) are very picky bout which slots to use. Personally temps are hard to judge cos its a new cpu too, but i'd say better temps with the zalman.

but with the XP120, you can put on a more powerfull fan to get better temps, i have the 7000 copper zalman, and the difference between the 7000 and the 7700 is less then 1-2 degrees, so the 7700 is good, but with a xp120 and a strong fan, the xp120 can be great!

agree with the XP-120...go to Thermalright's site and you can see that it does indeeed fit the A8N-SLI DLX.
It also fits the MSI K8N Neo4...but then you cannot use the first two memory dimm slots.
As for me, after long time of dedciding and doing research i am going with the XP-90 instead (for my MSI Neo4) since the XP-90 is almsot as good as the Xp-120 and i COULD run into some trouble with the XP-120, eg. if it turns out i get problems overclocking with the two other DImm sockets. (Since i cant use the first two with a XP-120).
