Both of those at 2-2-2-10 1T

This is an athlon 64 3500+, I want the best gaming performance.

11x228 will be faster, but u wouldnt notice the difference in games anyway so its a moot point.

in 3dmark 11x228 will be faster tho

It depends on the game too - games based off Q3 engine love higher memory bandwidth, other games love higher CPU speed...
