Will an SP-97 fit on a DFI 250GB?

well like the thread says, man, I can't find a damn slk948u or slk900 anywhere, if any of you know where I can get either cooler let me know please, this is rediculous, searched for 3 hours online, found 0 coolers for sale.(in the USA that is). I already know xp90/120 fit, I don't want one of those, need the 4 hole socket type mounting so I don't damage the core. :confused:

And NO, the SP97 won't fit a Socket754 Board without major modification.

yeah, out of stock everywhere, just ordered a sl948u from the egg. :)
