Does anyone have one of these boards as im thinking about buying it but i would 1st like to know if it has a workin PCI lock on it and wat the max voltage setting r for vcore and mem..

You mean the Gigabyte K8NXP-9?
There's a review (http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2273) of it at Anandtech. It looks quite good IMO. :)

oh that board. looked good when i saw it
but no SLi 16+4
and as usual for giga the bios chips are soldered :(
did they change the name of the board? or will there end up being 3 nforce 4 boards from gigabyte?
Just to give some info, seen a thread about this board over on OcUK and a geezer has his upto 289fsb - Might get one meself... :)

Oh man...that board just looks so sweet. EIGHT...EIGHT SATA ports. 4 with 3gbs. dual gigabit lan...firewireB...great layout...and the performance looks great. Can't wait to see what it can do overclocking wise...

My guess is that there will be 2 at first. I think Animal made the name up. :p:

Me too... according to Anandtech their overclocks were limited by the 'pre-release BIOS' their motherboard was using.
Seems like Gigabyte is back on track again, this is looking much better than their Nforce 3 S754 motherboards. :)

yeah this appers to be a good board. wonder if Gigabyte's taking an interest in the overclocking communuty...mmmm...lets hope so :D I'd for it if i could
