XP-90 enough to cool processor and OCZ VX @ 3.4?

basically ima have the setup in my sig, really fast like in 4 days hopefully.

just want to know if an xp-90 will be enough to cool all that hardware?

yes mate the cpu will be fine under that hs, tho for the mem if you can chuck a fan over them if using over 3.2v or so, get a bit toasty, not sure if airflow from the xp90 will be enough
