View Full Version : D2 wont install

Hi folks,

Im trying to install D2 ( and join your team), but the installer hangs for some reason. I tried one of the quick installs, but it sends directly to C; with no option to change the path. ( I have C: for another purpose). Im using WinXp pro SP2.

Any idea why the installer might not work?

Have you tried re-downloading the original installer? Maybe you got a bum copy the first time around? :confused: BTW, at what point is it stalling?

It stalls pretty much as soon as the installer starts, the little box just shows up blank.

I tried the version with java, and without. I even uninstalled the java that i had on before and reinstalled.

Maybe AA/AF is causing some problems.

It was the forced AA, seems to work fine. Comp is happily crunching away now!
