Which of these BGA Ram Sinks should I use for 6800GT?

I am looking at two different RAM sinks to use on my 6800GT since I'm now using water cooling:

Both are copper... the Tweak Monster's look a little bit nicer... but which one would probably provide better cooling... using thermal tape... I dont want to use adhesive.

The best BGA ramsinks you can get from a store in terms of performance are probably Frozen CPU's house brand BGA sinks. They are twice the size of the OCZ and Tweakmonster copper sinks. Look nice too.
