Guys how's this:

Just going to be a solid piece of bar copper. Bout 1.5" tall and 1.25 diameter. Have a 3/8 hole mulled out down the middle leaving about 2mm of copper between the CPU and liquid. Thread out with a 3/8" pipe tap and then a brazed compression fitting into the threads. Capillary tube will be inside the suction line and will come out the side of the suction and be wrapped around the suction line back to metering device.

This is easy for me to make and that's why i'm considering it.

whoa..thats prety weird..but u know it won't hold alot of heat load at all...too much space...vacuum is really hard to cool, u need sometype of maze...
maybe im not understanding you
