its just ugly and horrible, for a more sexier GPU cooling, get a zalman heatpipe and fan :D they are really quiet fans on them

The heatpipe looks like it's only attached with screws to a little bracket... I don't think it's soldered on, or even using thermal paste.

I would say the VGA Silencers are still the best aftermarket video coolers. However, this (without a fan) would probably be quieter. ;)
