BEST OS for overclocking/benching

Maybe this is a stupid poll, because I notice lots use win 2K. I know there is no msconfig in 2K to disable startup items in the tray. Is there a program serious benchers use to disable those startup items?

if you copy msconfig over from winxp it works in win2k :)
