Looks very good to me. Good timings, high bandwidth and they are cheap. +4000mb/s is very good for single channel, AFAIK.

If it can not run, 200MHz with 2-2-2-x timings, then its most likely Hynix DT-D43...

Would you be able to give us some memtest results?

I think it's Hynix D-43 on it, also had some, which did 303 2.5-4-4-8, but 2225 was absolutely impossible, so if u want to go sure, what ram this is, test 200 2225 like jlccarv already said.
