theres some stuff missing. you drew a ajustable version, you need a AEV on the block im pretty sure
the filterdrier goes after the HX and you need a receiver before
you need a filterdrier between the oil sep and the HX
im not sure but you might need to have a smaller hx as well near the condenser

just study chilly1s diagrams VERY carefully thats why they are there.
if youre not comfortable with building a cascade you could get someone on here to build you one, for a charge

If you do not know which parts u need and how to hook them up, then DO NOT build a cascade. Just like that.
The pressures are to high and the refridgerants are to flamable to play with.

Your design is nowhere near perfect. Plus, you shouldn't be thinking about building one until you can draw a perfect design.

I'm posting all this stuff TO LEARN SO I DON"T BURN AND SMELL FLESH AND BLOOD.
I'm not going to build this until the design is right, and i have a professional in town look at it before i build it.
That's why i'm posting this stuff guys. If you can help me rearrange the design it would actually be helpful. I have some that does A/C for a living that is going to mainly help me with this.
I know what i have is close....
It's not as if i'm fixing to go build this tommorow.
You do not only need a correct design. More you need to understand how each componet works and what it does. I've the feeling this isn't the case yet.
Look at the drawings Chilly1 posted and read some threads about cascades. Afterwards you should be able to draw a working design.

gclg2000, have you even built a single stage yet? I would build a couple before you even think about cascades. Just because you have the knowledge to do something, it doesn't mean it you can do it.
