Wow which cooling are you on and please for our sake try some higher voltages and report back the results. :)

I have a 3000+ that can do 2.75GHZ on air..... and I wanted to sell it. It cost me 160 dollars... but I also expended money trying to find that ONE Winchester. How much should I sell it for?

Why worry about the week of mfg. or where a chip "was bought" when it has absolutely NOTHING to do with how much the CPU will O/C ???
Good and better CPUs come from every wafer, every day. The chips are speed binned after testing. All of the CPUs are shipped as both OEMs and Retail Box. How much your CPU will O/C has more to do with your technical skill and knowledge and the other hardware components in your box, than the week the CPU was mfg., unless there is a stepping change. And since there is presently only ONE Winchester stepping, (D0), it does not matter when or where it is purchased.

These look like pretty average overclocks.

Average overclocks... but look at the voltage.

I've had 4 Mobile Bartons manufactured in various weeks in my rig with absolutely identical other hardware (motherboard, memory, video card, PSU)
One was able to do 2.4 Ghz stable, 2 were able of 2.5 Ghz, and one can run at 2.75 Ghz. How do you explain that?
On the topic, one local guy has a 939 Winchester which he overclocked to 2.7 on quite a mediocre water (only single rad, 2 other waterblocks in his loops etc) although not fully stable.
I think, for a 1.8Ghz cpu, this kind of overclock shouldn't be considered too mediocre.

How does one afford three processors just to play with?

its not uncommon for huge vcore fluctuations on winnies. Is it really set at 1.36 in the bios? I set mine to 1.5 and it read 1.45 in cpuz.

No.... the vcore doesn't fluctuate that much.... the vcore for Winnie's are much lower. Stock voltage on the Neo2 is 1.5, but on a Winnie is less than 1.4. So he left the vcore on stock voltage.

Buys one, tests it for a while, then sells and buys another one.

I likes testing the new products CPU especially with good physique Taiwan one buy Forth Five-Year Plan Period drops of CPU to is it test such people are by no means rare to come in us
3000+ 0.09 0440SPMW&0441SPMW Preserving voltage 1.4V, steady operation can mostly be in 2.7G in 2.4G
physique best 0441SPMW that I buy, the 127th of tail codes Under the circumstances that NEO2 preserves voltage 1.4V, CPUZ shows 1.36V Steady operation 2.52G can be in PRIME95
friends' 0441SPMW, the 092nd of tail codes Under the circumstances that NEO2 preserves voltage 1.4V, CPUZ shows 1.36V Can be steady operation 2.7G exceed more than three hours in PRIME95 Certainly
is all fans of former factory enclosed with AMD CPU extraordinary low temperature of 0.09, that is so too 2.7G like 3000+ 1.8G goes beyond maybe
