It's same what I would say..

BTW, I have one question - what a gas is inside this TXV's silver gauge?

The TXV has a blend of refrigerants that are designed to exert a specific pressure on the metering device causinf =g it to open and close to maintain a specific range of superheats acrossa predetermined range of temperatures.

It really interesting me.. see, I have also two TXV, but I don't know their
properties, model names or something, so, again, I don't know how it
would work in autocascade's interstage HX. So my question is :

Is there possibility to build with my hands a TXV's gauge? It simple to
build, just capillary tube and copper tube and some of solders. Of
course - there's one problem - this blend of refrigerants.. can you help
me with this point? Or it's better to buy this TXV's gauge in refrigeration
shop?

Nice :toast:

So what are the temps?
Well at a room temp of 70 it will pull down to -102 unloaded. Loaded at 220W -80C

Let me elaborate a little the unloaded you see is actul=ally about 70 watts as calculated due to the air temperature of 70F and the surface area humidity loading etc. so -102 @ 70 watts or -80 at 220 w that is the curve on a processor at idle it should get -90 to -95C. But it is adjustable adn reqires tweaking the better you can tweak it the better performance you get...

no wonder you're backed up... with just few hours a day, soo many people knocking on your "shop's" door and so many projects to work on i'm surprised you find time to sleep :)
keep up a great work Reggie! we all appreciate that a lot
