Is it like, 1st stage cools cpu, 2nd 1st stage and 3rd 2nd stage ?
If not, please explain as easy as possible how Phase Change Cooling and a cascade works !

it's only the opposite : the first stage cools an heat exchanger, in which the gas of the second stage condenses, and then evaporates on your cpu

the real difficult in cascade drawings are oil separators ecc ecc...

You should read the stickies, if you don't catch on with it, you have to start with the basics first. Do you know how a single stage works?
