newbie to chiller.. please help

hey everyone ive been on here for alittle just joined thought and id like to jump into the mix now.... ok my question is i was looking at a chiller unit and it is obviously suggested to setup as to prevent condensation. know my question is how would i go about this? right now i have my watercooling setup which consist of this:

swifty mcp650 pump
dd tdx cpu block
dd z chipset block
dual 3.5" bayres
dd black ice xtreme II w/ 2-120mm panaflow ma1's
