I saw Gman right after I destroyed the 2nd (Or possibly 3rd, I didn't keep track) helicoper in the level with the mud skipper, he was walking out on the dam.

No, after he opens the gate for you he trys to climb over it and then he trys to attack a combine gunship flying over and it picks him up and flys away. I wateched it happen twice..

ok so it does happen twice, how did you watch it? Doesnt the hole cover up once you get in it?

the last thing that happens to dog (that we see) is that he gets lifted by one of the ships and taken away after he lifts the wall for you. I saw it too, all you had to do was turn around and watch it.
