I have been thinking lately, now i have discovered why i had such a poor overclock, when it is best to STOP going?

current settings are 2.39GHz (190 x 12.5 @ 1.9V)

i could reach 2.5GHz i reacon but i would have to go over 2V but is that acceptable? it would be stable and all BUT would it be ok to do that?

i am watercooled, just i dont know how healthy 2V+ is on the CPU, temps aint a problem at all!

If you're below 45 C then it's probably okay to run a bit above 2V.

well it aint gone above 43'c so far

thats after many benchmarks aswell, and enmey territory for ages!
