Hi :)

I don't know if I need a new PSU or not but it's very suspicious. First is that the BIOS Health shows that have a -61.99 in -5V rail, and one of the rail show 4.:9. It looks like a period or colun in between 4&9. This is the PC Power and Cooling 310W Silencer with 12V at 19A

I thought it was the BIOS shows errors, but when I put a generic PSU that came with my case. All number are displayed correctly in the BIOS and in its reasonable range.

Yet, my Vcore fluctuates around every 8-10 secs. It fluctuates between 1.44-1.46V while in BIOS I set to 1.75V. My +12V rail fluctuates between 11.92-11.73V. All of the reading are in ABIt EQ latest version. Other rails are stable and not even move.

Here's the list of component:

AMD XP-M 2200+ 35W
Abit NF7-S v2.0 with Mantaray XT cpc on
Patriot PC3200 256x2 with XBL technology (slot 1 & 3)
ATI Radeon 9500pro with Warp bios but not overclocking
Seagate 80GB 8mb HD
PC Power and Cooling 310W Silent series
Swiftech MC462+ with Thermaltake SilentCat
Northbridge and Southbridge are all passive-cooled.
2x120mm and 1x90mm with SuperFlower Fan Master

Don't trust software voltage or temp readouts. Use a digital volt meter and measure the rail voltages right at the Mobo ATX connector. The -5V rail isn't used so just ignore it. The PCPC 310W should be just fine based on what you show in your PC.
