So here is the deal. I have a 3.4E @4.25 on my IC7-g. Can't really go any higher because the board craps out (cant maintain voltage). I'm looking to go the Athlon64 route for games, less heat, doesnt require a 3 gigawatt PS to run, etc.

My specs:

Vapochill with R404 upgrade
OCZ PC4200 2X512
Antec TC 550

So here are my questions:

What kind of OC should I reasonably expect from an A64 90nm (3200, 3500)?
Can I keep the same memory? Timings are crappy 3-4-4-8

It does depend on what your luck is like, but, I think from most of the results I've seen, including my own (look in sig), you should look for about 2.5GHz-2.8GHz. There's no reason why you can't use that ram.
