Need help with a Motherbroad

ok i needa a MB for my AMD 64 3000+ 90 CPU i an look to get EPoX "EP-9NDA3+ (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-123-222&depa=1) or a MSI "K8N Neo2 Platinum (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-468&depa=1) what do your think i should get. i an going to OC> i will be use all four memory slop and i know it will run at 2T and at 166FSB. then is ok later i will be getting 2x512 but for now 4x256 will do. SO what should i get epox or msi :confused: :confused: :confused:

um 4x256 might run 1t since its physically the same as 2x513 ds...
unless the cpu doesnt like 4 slots full but it might work you know...
id say get msi but if you live in america get a gigabyte or dfi nf4 with agp. the nf3 is for s754 all the 939 boards are horrible hybrids

i will have to get a 939 MB because i alraly have a 939 cpu i had a mis neo2 mb but it was Refurbished from newegg and the usb did not work on it so i sent it back.
