i have mushkin PC3500 lvl2 and a DFI NF3 ultra
with all this talk about TCCD chips im wondering if my RAM is still anything great...

When you find some TCCD that can do 272 2-2-2-5 on that board then I might say sell your BH-5, otherwise I'd hang on to it.

Yup, my Mushkins (2x256 set) did 270 MHz 2-2-2-5 all day long on the DFI, even higher but not quite stable higher. Just get the VDimm bios and a 3.3V adjustable or mod'ed psu and you are set.
