The ram is rated for 217MHz using 2-3-3 timings I belive. It is cabable of doing 300MHz or so with 3-4-4 timings. The chips are made by Hynix.

I have similar ram, AT-D5, but I don't know much about it. I think its newer just because it is rated for higher speeds (250MHz at 2-3-3 timings) but the AT part is throwing me off, does that mean its a high end first revision chip, or the first revision of the D5 line?
