Best DDR Under 150?

well ive been trying my best and it looks liek my sammy pc2700 has had it.
170 max timings
180 slowest timings
^nothing better then those will run 3dmark or even be stable.
ive added up to 2.92v and still no gain. added 1.9v to the axp1600, still no gain.

So id liek a 512mb stick, but none seem to be much under 200..
Seems like you either get a 256mb of 3k~3200 corsair, or just get the 512mb pc3500 due to prices.
Prices are so crazy, like 20 dollars seperates 512mb pc2700 cl2~ 512mb pc3500.

Anyone have any Advice?

Im gonna sell my sammy w/ tt Copper heat spreaders, What do you think its worth?

I think ur going to be hard-pressed to find a good 512MB stick @ $150 @ todays ram prices man.

Well XP doesnt seem to run fast for me on 256mb. But what do you think is a good 512mb stick? ive heard pc3200 is good, but i dunno what chips they use and all that techincal junk. :|
