I got a 2.8 Prescott to a little over 3.9GHz with stock cooling. But I guess you're looking for Northerwood records.

The bios on my rig is locked, I am using clockgen. The highest I can get it without crashing is 2.25. If I put it any higher it will randomly restart. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong? The temp's are surprisingly fine, and I am using stock cooling.

K ya, i got a 3.0 northwood and it restarts every time I use clockgen and increase it more than by like 400 Mhz. Clockgen just sucks balls thats all. Just use bios, works for me.

2.8 M0 stepping do 4Ghz under water. Prime stable at 3.9Ghz. Can't get any of these.
Mine 2.8 D1 with removed heatspreader is prime stable at 3.65Ghz and benchable up to 3.78Ghz. Cooled with custom water cooling.
