I'm waiting on E0 P4's to build a new LGA775 system. I still can't find them for sale anywhere online. Intel says they shipped over a month ago. :brick:
That is easy - Intel manufactured too many Prescotts, nobody wants them, they have full warehouses. They first have to sell those old revisions and only then supply E0.

The 3.4 is SL7PZ, the 3.6 is SL7NZ. There may be others.

I read your post. I was specifically looking for them online. There aren't any Fry's near me, I'm on the east coast. Sorry for not responding to your post though.

Yep the E0s seem to be a nice rev for the Prescott. Less heat...less heat :D that is the main thing. no more processors that double as a stove burner lol.
Intel must have put some work into the rev since the heat is down by bit. And it makes alot of sence considering Intel wants to use this core in dual core processor. Just makes sence to lower heat.

So any news on the E0's availability online yet? I wanna get rid of this 2.8 that maxes out at 3.6 , maybe hit 3.8-4 on air with a 560/570 3.0/3.2 E0
