hi all getting a sp-120 heat sink what 120mm fan would you recomend i want a good aire flow but not to loud on the sound front what about these

and where can i get them i them in uk

what would you say is good cfm to sound ratio

also i have a 4 wire plug on my prescott motherboard for the fan what would i need to plg it into this to monitor the fan as you can not ge t4 wire fans on the above make how would i plug it into that ???

i am going to orde rthe heatsink and fan this week can anyone help me on the fan

I just put sp-120 with 120mm Panaflo M1A Fan on one presHOT and the tempreture go down to 34idle 37full when is clocked from 3@3.7GHz and is suprisingly quiet

can not find a panaflo fan at all in the uk

The Enermax with the adjustable speed could be a good choice if noise is a major concern. The Enermax fan has good airflow at only 24 DBa and excellent airflow at 30 DBa. I consider 30 DBa to be very quiet and acceptable for most people. If you have a sensitivity then running the Enermax at the lower speed at 24 DBa, should be almost completely silent.

how loud do you think the stock intel prescott heatsink and fan are in db ????
