weird, you should be able to hit 440/1140 at least. just select graphics icon under driver settings, and enable overclocking. riva tuner will automatically detect default clocks first.

Not true.. you probably want to look at bios mod section for gpu and do 1.4v mod.. mine is dud like yours and only do 400/1130 100% stable with vmod on. Kind of sad. It does 430/1130 on 2nd machine though... strange stuff.
I kind of gave up on my GT atm and planning to move to XT PE to get some nice benches to go with rig :)

I agree, deff do the bios mod to allow more votage, even if you can't overclock much higher it seems more stable in 3d mode. For overclocking I personally preffer powerstrip.

Use the nforce driver option below the card name :) And for tip keep 2d and 3d setting same for 3dmarks.

give us complete system specs because your other components may be hogging to much power for that 380 true power

I can get 415/1.15 but I'm afraid of the heat. It runs about 85C core on load! Do you think I have the cooling capacity to try bumping up the volts? I'm using a BFG Geforce 6800GT with the stock cooler, damn thing is only a single slot cooler.
