I am confused with this little problem...since ATI Tool isn't acting consistent.

When I first got my X800 XT PE, I could run 545/600 on air with ATI Tool.

I added water cooling XP install, and 8.07 Betas, DX9c and ATI Tool. I was able to get about 585/600 easy.

Since then, I tried W2K, Cats 4.9, 4.10, etc, and now ATI Tool either crashes the card, or I freeze in '03 at the same frame each time I run it, when I clock to 585/600...it won't go now.

I just saw Eva2000 hit 600/600+ on AIR!!!

Does ATI Tool play nice with certain drivers or what? I am probably going to reformat and go back to my first successful configuration.

I had a few Ati tool problems myself. It worked great with my 9800 but not with my X800. I gave up on it.

I use radlinker now. Ati tool never killed my clocks but my problems started after a driver update. As far as 03 goes I have problems with it myself. There is a known problem with 03 and 800 cards ( atleast thats what I read @futuremark ) Can you run 01 and 05 without problems? Now that I think about it I think the 03-X800 problem was with XP using sp2

I don't usually run 01 or 05, so I can't answer that. I will maybe run them later.
