ok i unpacked my PNY 6800Gt and was very excited.
i know iam not that xtreme as many other memebers but i still would like to share my feelings as iam very happy :)
the following results are done on the very single run on a non tweaked 24/7 system i mean non benchmark tweak many services running in the backround and no riva tuner lod tweaks or ps null tweaks.
detonator 66.93 - win xp pro
P4 3,0c@3,7 (everything plain air)
350/1000 stock
3d03 - 11.289
ed05 - 4.519
400/1100
3d03 - 12.424
3d05 - 5.047
man iam very happy with it.... :D
thanks for reading my post and maybe sharing my feelings

Sorry m8, don't wanna hijack ur thread ;-)
I think one of my HyperX 3200 BH-5 sticks is wasted  Which sucks cuz I haven't even yet had a chance to feed it decent volts :D I think that is "one" of the problems I'm having with stability.
Also, the 6800 GT, my 1st nVidia card, seems to be pretty good but it has driver probs  Using latest drivers off nV's site (66.93 iirc), Farcry is messed up....parts of the beach will go black once I get there, and things at all at distance look like @$$, simply NO detail at all, looked much better on my 9700 Pro, lmao. Like sides of mountains are just a plain, washed-out green color without any detail at all, also same when looking at distant islands with binocs. I know I just need to figure it out or change drivers, but my ATi card always was great about drivers working, so far nV hasn't been too pleasant :(
Sorry again for the off-topic, but you asked what was wrong with my sys. Now let's get back on topic :)

hey i dont mind your off topic post
this is free for all.
regarding the drivers as i posted i started tonight with 66.93 which works fine for games etc. BUt iam now on 66.81 because my machine is not only used for benching and gaming its also used for htpc iam watching this window on a pretty nice nice 42" PLASMA display and well i got problems with the 66.93 as they denied to play movies in a nice quality so i wenr back to 66.81 which just runs fine.
edit:
and i just gave it a 3d03 run on the 66.81 - 12.639
compared to 12.424 on the 66.93
so for me the 66.93 just plain sucks
