Abit IT7 MAX2, using a Thermalright AX-478 with a YS-TEch 80mm 45CFM fan & Artic Silver2. I'm getting 43c idle and 56c running prime95. I've got a 120mm 90CFM intake fan and 2x80 45CFM exhaust fans. Getting temp from Sisoft Sandra 2002 pro as MBM 5.2

I feel that these temps are too high. What does everybody else get? I'm tempted to try the stock Intel H/S and fan so I can compare it to the AX-478.

I've applied the AS2 as per the instructions on their homepage. My P3 700@1113 was running at 32c/43c idle/load in the same rig with a SK6/Delta (7V)

Hmmm....

welcome to xtreme,
ok i get 62 °C under full load with a 1.6@2.8 with 1.7 V with stock cooling. Ok i've heard that the Abit shows to high temps, but i'm not sure about it. Anyway these temps could be possible.

Ahh, there is somebody there! Thanks for the welcome.

After further research I've found that my temperatures are fairly representative so there's not too much to be concerned about.

How long have you had yours running at that spped and voltage?

about an hour, but after 45 min nothing changes any more.
