Thought it best to start a new thread then go with the old one. Since the old one was negitive.

Anyway:
This looks like a very nice board. Overclock potencial is very nice. The reviewer over at Anandtech did a very good job showing this boards power and its weakness. Abit may have had a few off boards, but this one is almost enough to make me want Prescott.

Wonder why it didn't get that "Reviewers Choice" or what ever.
I don't own one, but I would give the thing a 9.5/10. Abit made a gaming board on an Intel platform. AMD rules there. But still this thing is nice...wonder how much it costs....

I will wait to someone here gets it and takes it for a ride.

Nice board, but as Anandtech says:

However, all the outstanding tweaks and gaming enhancements just can't offset the gaming horsepower available with the FX55 and 4000+. In most DirectX 9 benchmarks at stock speed, the FX55 wipes the floor with the 3.46EE on the Fatal1ty.

has some interesting features...

the new Abit tool that allows unlocking the 14 multi, too. Interesting, but how 'bout a paper launch, right?

Looks like Abit is getting back into the enthusiast scene... I'm not an Intel guy but this board looks real nice!

yep there doing good again, Isn't there going to be Fatal1ty AMD board too? NF4?...yeah there is right? Something about that in the AMD section of the forums. Which should be nice. I'm just afraid this board's gonna be like 150 bucks or more...:(

yeh there is there NF8 and the AN8 Fatal1ty... but they are both coming out very late and are based on nF3 754... I have a feeling DFI will get a bit of competition from them tho!

yeah I agree, these DFI boards are hard to beat....I don't think Abit beat DFI, but its more of a tie. Thats probly gonna put pressure on DFI to make a better board. which sounds good....kinda like a AMD vs. Intel thing. AMD gets 3400 so Intel has to get 3600 and on and on.

the voltage options on the Fatailty looked pretty good (I dont know Intel volts these days though) but the same shizz on AMD would be sweet

yeah lets hope for more of those 2.9v RAM lines that overvolt at stock. good Abit. These see something nice come out to be worthy of the Abit name!

Abit OTES cooling sucks, they block the mosfets and area so that you can't properly mount prommy's and phase change. Other than that it looks good, but If I get one i'll have to rip all the plastic heatsinks off and put on my own :D

looks like a nice board, but unlocking the 14x multi can be done on all 775 boards i think, even the 865pe 775 boards.

there is no launch at all, ABIT has not yet officially released their piece ;)
Anand article is a PREVIEW based on engineering samples of the board and the CPU.
